Playing
How do I play?
Place one cat in every colour region, so that every row and every column also holds exactly one cat. Cats need their space: no two cats may touch, not even corner to corner. Tap a square to mark an X where a cat can't go, swipe to mark many, and double-tap to place a cat. The rules are also in the app under How to play.
What are paws?
A wrong cat costs a paw, and you have three per puzzle. Every puzzle can be solved by logic alone, so you never need to guess. If you run out, you can start over, spend fish treats to keep going, or watch an optional video.
How do hints work?
A hint highlights the next square you can be sure of and explains the reasoning, from “only one square left in this colour” to longer “what if” chains. Hints and reveals cost fish treats, which you earn by solving puzzles.
When does the daily puzzle change?
At midnight on your device. Everyone gets the same puzzle each day, starting gentle on Monday and ending with a tough 10×10 on Sunday. The daily puzzle unlocks at level 8.
How many levels are there?
There's no end. Puzzles are generated on your iPhone, get bigger and trickier as you go, and every tenth level is a tough one. New cats join your collection along the way.
Progress and data
Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone only. There's no account. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and progress doesn't move to a new phone automatically.
Why do I see ads?
Ads keep the game free. Full-screen ads only appear between puzzles, never in the middle of one, and the small banner is on the Home screen only. Rewarded videos are always optional.
How do I change my privacy choices?
In the EU and UK, go to Settings → Privacy settings in the app. To change tracking permission, use iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Read the full privacy policy.
